Originally from Seoul, Jessica has lived in various locations in her formative years. This has taught her many lessons, one of them being empathy. Through design training, she learned how to combine that empathy with intention to create value within technology.

Jessica's interest lies in applying her perspective and skillset in emerging technology to make it useful and useable for everyone. She believes that a human-centered design approach to problem solving has potential to change the world.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys dabbling in film photography, trying to stay active as a retired college athlete, and discussing art, design, and technology with her artist mother, who is her biggest creative inspiration.
